Class Descriptions
Body Pump-This class is a strength and toning class using a bar and low
weights with high repetition all choreographed to music in which you focus on
specific body parts during each song. (60 min.)
Boot Camp-This class combines cardio intervals with strength intervals.
This is a great cross training class to work your entire body. (60 min.)
Cardio Boxing-A unique
cardiovascular workout incorporating intervals of shadow boxing, jump rope, kick
boxing and aerobics (60 min.)
Extreme Abs-This is a 10 to 15
minute class concentrating on the entire abdominal muscle group.
High/Low-The instructor will
provide both high and low intensity options, you choose the best for you. (60
min.)
Lower Body Blast-A complete lower
body workout designed to sculpt the lower body and improve muscular endurance.
(30-60 min.) Pilates-This
class improves your core strength as well as your flexibility through a series
of movements while on the floor and standing up (45 min.) Plyometrics-For
the seriously conditioned athlete, this class involves a lot of movement,
agility and lifting. Not intended for beginners nor those with joint
problems. (60 min.) Pump and
Tone-A total body workout, including weights, bands, bars, and Swiss balls.
Any exerciser can round out their fitness program with this class. (60 min.) Spinning-This
is a biking class that gives you added leg strength and improves your
cardiovascular capacity (60. min.-90 min)
Total Body Blast-A full body
workout designed to target every major muscle group.(60 min.)
Upper Body Blast-A complete upper
body workout designed to sculpt the upper body and improve muscular endurance.
(30-60 min.)
Yoga-A spectacular mind and body
workout that incorporates work on alignment, posture and breathing. Yoga
is beneficial to developing strength, flexibility, balance, attention, and
assists in stress reduction. (60 min.)
