AEROBICS
The
Court Club has two Aerobics studios, including one with a unique
cushioned floor which reduces impact on the body (as shown in the photo).
We offer the most comprehensive variety of classes such as: Step, Body
Toning, Yoga, Cardio Boxing, and Pilates for all levels of ability. All classes are led by
certified instructors. Click here for

You do not have to be a member to take
classes at the club. You may pay by the class, or pay for an aerobics card
at a discount for a group of classes. For
